For non Service Level Agreement (SLA) customers, the following charges apply:
Callout
The purpose of a callout is to resolve a specific reported problem that has occurred.
- A visit to your site and the first 15 minutes of time charged at £80.
- Subsequent hours are charged at £80 per hour during working hours.
- Outside of standard working hours are charged at £120 per hour
- Sunday working hours are charged at £160 per hour.
- Working hours are 9am to 5.15pm weekdays.
- Billing is in 30 minute “blocks”
- The total time spent on a job is rounded up to the nearest block
- Initial travelling time is not counted within 25 miles of PR1 (Preston Town Centre). Outside of this area, travelling time may be charged at our discretion.
- On additional visits for the same job, travelling time is charged at our standard rate of £80 per hour.
- 3 working days notice required
- The callout charge is payable in advance.
Emergency Callout
